Porting Kodeshi in any other software (eg. DeepVocal), is not allowed.

Using samples from Kodeshi's voicebanks to make an unofficial project (eg. Diff-SVC, So-Vits, etc) is not allowed

Putting Kodeshi in suggestive or blatant sexual circumstances is not allowed. (eg. Sexual NSFW art) However, gore works is OK, but nothing too extreme or out of pocket.

Please do not wipe Kodeshi's ethnic features (Giving lighter skin tone, giving straight hair texture, any sort of whitewash)

Commercial use including Kodeshi requires permission.

Please do not roleplay as Kodeshi.

Please do not heavily alter Kodeshi's to the point where they are unrecognizable. Tinkering with their design for the sake of your content is OK (eg. outfit change)

Shipping Kodeshi with other characters is OK (WITH PERMISSION) as long as they are 18 or older. However, if said character belongs to an adult, then it is prohibited due to Kodeshi's VP and Manager being a minor.

When using Kodeshi (Voicebank/Character) please credit me as "Kuddleinu" or "Dakotamckooted" 

When using any art with Kodeshi, please credit the artist, unofficial or not.
